During my time at Stay Classy Waco, a local bar and restaurant, I managed operations in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving on the fly was crucial. I overhauled our kitchen processes to increase our overall efficiency by 25%. This experience taught me how to lead a team under pressure and spot practical ways to improve a process.
